E-DESIGN
Nation-Wide
This service is available for simple projects that only require space planning, paint selections, finishes, furnishings, and fixtures. The client will fill out a thorough questionnaire and measure and photograph the space(s). You'll receive at least two design boards for your new space, a cost breakdown, a detailed floor plan, and a procurement spreadsheet with all the products, prices, and links to purchase. Communication is via emails, phone calls, or Zoom meetings. These projects typically take 10-15 hours (for a single room) at a cost of $150.00 per hour. Client responsible for ordering and installing all product.
CONSULTATION Interior Design & Decorating
This service is available to those who wish a more thorough, hands-on approach by their designer. The process will start with a discovery call to determine compatibility, and followed up with the client filling out thorough questionnaire(s), etc. Please see design LEVELS below to choose your desired service.

DESIGNER TRADE
DISCOUNT
This service is available for those who know what product(s) they want, and who wish to get them at a discount.

SSDesignHub has many trade affiliations with numerous companies across the nation. The trade discount we receive is unique to each company.

We're happy to partner with you to order your product. We split the trade discount with you 50/50, i.e., if we are able to receive a 20% discount, we keep 10% and you receive a 10% discount. For extensive or challenging requests, there may be a small fee involved.

LEVEL 1
1 hour in-person introductory site meeting to evaluate site conditions, determine viability of desires w/budget, and provide recommendations to begin design direction and process. Cost: $75.00
LEVEL 2
Level 1 - plus design meetings (usually 2 - 4) to develop and finalize design scope. Designer will deliver floor plan & elevation sketches, detailed cabinet specifications, and lighting, finish, flooring, hardware, tile, stone and appliance schedules. Client responsible for full design implementation and management of contractor and all professionals/subcontractors necessary for completion of project. Cost for Level 2 package for standard rooms, i.e., living & dining rooms, mudrooms, libraries, bathrooms & laundry rooms: $5,000. Full kitchen design: $8,000. Additional design services and over-sight available throughout duration of construction project if designer's schedule permits. Cost: $175,00 per hour.
LEVEL 3
Level 2 - plus design services to specify all furnishings, fixtures and decor.
Cost: $175.00 per hour.
LEVEL 4
Level 3 - plus designer to source, procure, and install all designer-specified furnishings, fixtures and decor. Cost: $175.00 per hour. Cost for storage of all items listed above: $500.00 per month for maximum of 6 months.
LEVEL 5
Level 4 - plus full interior design services from inception to completion of project. Your designer will manage your project from the initial design development phase through to the final installation. SSDesignHub will manage your renovation project, working closely with your general contractor, architect and sub-contractors, and install all furnishings, fixtures, and decor. Cost for this service: $175.00 per hour.
