About
Let's face it. Home renovations and room refreshes can be expensive. We're happy to offer you a chance to extend your budget by offering you a discount through our Trade Affiliations. This service is available to those who know exactly what products they want. (You must be 18 years old, be a continental United States citizen living in the U.S., and have a continental U.S. shipping address. This service is available for home furnishings including decor, furniture, and associated product. This service is applicable for orders that have a retail value of $750.00 or more. ​
How it works:
Step 1: - Reach out to us via email at SSDesignHub@comcast.net and inquire as to whether we have trade affiliation status with the company you're interested in ordering from. We'll get back to you and confirm whether we have that affiliation.
Step 2: - If we've confirmed we have a discount available for you, please email with the following information:
a. Your full name.
b. Your billing address.
c. Your shipping address.
d. Your phone number.
e. The company you wish to order from.
f. A thorough and precise description of your desired product(s) including item numbers, quantity, color, size, etc.

Step 3: - We'll get back to you either via. email or phone call with any questions we may have. If we have no questions, you'll receive an email confirming your product request, and a quote for that request. We'll provide the retail cost, our trade discount, your percentage of discount, applicable tax and shipping costs, and any other pertinent information. We'll include payment instructions. Note: full payment must be made by client before we place the order.
Step 4: - You'll email us confirmation and acceptance of our quote, and deliver full payment of your order via. Zelle.
Step 5: - Once we receive your full payment, we will order your product(s) and send you an email confirmation that your order has been placed, lead time if available, and any other pertinent information.
NOTE: SSDesignHub, LLC is not responsible for the shipping of any product(s), nor lost nor damaged product(s). Every attempt will be made to locate lost product and to get damaged product replaced. It is not the responsibility of SSDesignHub, LLC to return any product for any reason, but is the responsibility of the client. If a product needs to be returned for any reason, client is responsible for all return shipping costs. If product is lost due to improper or inaccurate shipping information provided by client, or unacceptable destination location provided by client, SSDesignHub will bare no responsibility for partial or complete cost of product(s) including tax and shipping fees. Client will bare full financial responsibility for all inaccurate information provided by client. If client fails to make themselves or their space available to receive product at any time, they bare full responsibility for lost, damaged, or returned product. If client has retained a third party to receive product, client bares full responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged product inflicted by the third party.
SSDesignHub has no obligation to provide this service to anyone, and reserves the right to deny this service to anyone for any reason and any time, including during the ordering and payment process.
